A 1985 graduate of DeSales High School, Lisa was known for her defense and rebounding. A three-year starter on varsity, Lisa was a unanimous first team Finger Lakes West All-Star and an All-Greater Rochester Honorable Mention selection her junior and senior years. She averaged 13 Points, 12 rebounds, and three steals per game over her career and led the league in scoring as a senior.
Lisa was named to the Section V Class D All-Tournament team twice and was selected the tournament MVP her junior year. Lisa helped lead the saints to league titles her junior and senior years. In her senior year, she was selected the team MVP as DeSales won the section V class D championship and the NYSPHSAA Far West Regional Title while advancing to the semi-finals of the state tournament. Lisa went on to play college basketball at Alfred Tech.
